• "User" or "Customer": any person who browses the Website or performs any action on it.
• "Products": the skincare products offered for sale on the Website, including bundles and subscriptions.
• "Club": the Website's customer club, including its tiers and points.

These Terms apply to any use of the Website. Section headings are for convenience only. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

A purchase may be made on the Website by any user who meets all of the following conditions:

• The user is at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding transactions. Purchasing on the Website by credit card is permitted only to persons aged 18 or over. This restriction applies to making purchases only, not to browsing the Website.
• The user holds a valid means of payment lawfully issued in their name, or is authorized by its owner to use it.
• The user has an active email address and a delivery address in Israel.

The Company may prevent the use of the Website by a user who has breached these Terms, provided false details, or misused the Website or its benefits.

Purchases on the Website can be made as a guest or through a personal account. When opening an account you must provide correct, accurate and up-to-date details. You alone are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, and any action performed in your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.

You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorized use of your account. The Company may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse or suspected fraud, subject to prior notice to the extent required by law.

• Adding products to the cart and making a payment constitute an offer to purchase. The transaction will be completed only after approval by the payment clearing company and receipt of an order confirmation by email.
• The Company reserves the right not to approve an order, among other things in the event of a clerical error in the price or product description, stock running out, suspected fraud or failure to comply with these Terms, in each case with notice to the customer and a refund of any amount paid.
• Products are offered while stocks last. If, after an order is placed, it turns out that a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and will be entitled to choose between an equivalent alternative product and cancelling the item with a refund of the amount paid for it.
• Completing an order is conditional on accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy in the confirmation box on the payment page; the time of acceptance and the version of the Terms are saved with the order.
• The records of the Company's computer systems will constitute prima facie evidence of the details of orders placed on the Website.

• All prices on the Website are stated in New Israeli Shekels and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by law, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees will be added in accordance with the shipping policy and shown before you confirm payment.
• The Company may update prices at any time; the binding price is the price displayed when the order was completed.
• Payment is made by credit card or by the other payment methods shown at checkout (such as a digital wallet, Bit or PayPal, where offered). The number of installments and their terms, where payment in installments is offered, are shown on the payment page.
• Secure payment: payments are processed on a secure payment page of a licensed payment clearing company. Credit card details are entered only on the clearing company's page: they do not pass through the Website and are not stored on it. Saving a card for faster future purchases is done only with explicit consent, as a secure token held by the clearing company.
• If the means of payment is not honored by the credit card company, the customer will be notified, and the transaction will be deemed cancelled if payment is not settled within a reasonable time.

• Products are shipped to the address provided in the order, using one of the following shipping methods: Курьер до двери (3-7 рабочих дней); Самовывоз (по предварительной договоренности) (По предварительной договоренности); Международная доставка (7-14 рабочих дней). The available shipping methods, their cost and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before payment.
• Maximum delivery time: up to 14 business days from completion of the purchase and approval of the payment, unless stated otherwise on the product page (for example, a pre-order or a personalized product). Business days: Sunday to Thursday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and festivals.
• Shipping fees are determined by the chosen shipping method and the order amount, and are shown explicitly before you confirm payment; free shipping will be provided when the conditions published on the Website are met.
• A delivery delay that is beyond the Company's control will be reported to the customer as soon as possible, and the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund for any product not yet delivered.
• Further details are available in the Shipping and Returns Policy.

• Coupons and benefits are personal, limited in time and subject to the conditions stated in them, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discounts cannot be combined, and only one coupon may be redeemed per order.
• Club points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the club terms published on the Website. Points are not a means of payment, are not transferable and have no independent monetary value outside redemption on the Website.
• The Company may update the earning and redemption rates and the validity of points with advance notice; any such change will not detract from points lawfully earned before the change.
• Store credit given to a customer will be valid for the period stated in it, subject to the provisions of the law.
• If a transaction is cancelled, redeemed points and coupons will be handled as set out in the Shipping and Returns Policy.

The Website offers subscription plans for the recurring supply of products (an "ongoing transaction"). The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• When you sign up, the subscription price, the billing and delivery frequency and the cancellation terms will be clearly displayed, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 regarding ongoing transactions.
• Your means of payment will be charged on a recurring basis on the set date, until the subscription is cancelled by the customer.
• You may cancel the subscription at any time, with no exit fee, in your personal area on the Website or by contacting customer service. The cancellation will take effect within 3 business days of the notice being given (or, if given by registered mail, within 6 business days), and you will not be charged for cycles after that date.
• Products actually supplied before cancellation will be charged in full; a proportional charge will be made for a period in which a service was partially provided.
• The Company may update the subscription price with reasonable advance notice; a customer who does not wish to continue the subscription at the updated price may cancel it before the update takes effect.

• Meitalic products are cosmetic products and are not medicines. The information on the Website, including product descriptions, matching questionnaires and usage recommendations, is for information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for consulting a dermatologist.
• If you have sensitive skin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an active skin condition, we recommend consulting a doctor before use.
• Before first use we recommend carrying out a patch test: apply a small amount to a limited area of skin (for example, the inner forearm) and wait 24 hours. If redness, itching or an unusual reaction appears, stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor if necessary.
• The full ingredient list (INCI) appears on the packaging of each product. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they have no personal sensitivity to the ingredients, including common allergens.
• Product images on the Website are for illustration only; there may be slight differences in shade or packaging between the image and the product supplied.
• Results of using the products vary from person to person, and the presentation of results or recommendations is not a commitment to any particular result.

Transactions are cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010:

• You may cancel the transaction within 14 days of the date of purchase. In addition, and in accordance with the law, a distance-selling transaction may be cancelled from the day it is made until 14 days from the day the product is received or the day the disclosure document is received, whichever is later. A customer with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months, subject to the conditions of the law.
• Notice of cancellation may be given in writing, by phone or by email (through any of the contact channels listed in the «Customer service» section of these Terms, or using the transaction cancellation form on the Website), stating your name and order number.
• For a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, and the product will be returned at the customer's expense.
• For a cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity or breach, no cancellation fee will be charged and the product will be returned at the Company's expense.
• Hygiene exception: in accordance with the regulations, a transaction may not be cancelled, and cosmetic and skincare products whose original packaging has been opened may not be returned, unless they are found to be defective. The right of cancellation applies to products in their original packaging, sealed and unused.
• The refund will be made to the means of payment with which the transaction was paid, within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
• Full details of the return, exchange and refund procedures are set out in the Shipping and Returns Policy published on the Website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• A product that was supplied defective, was damaged in shipping or does not match the order will be replaced, or the transaction will be cancelled and the amount paid refunded in full, with no cancellation fee and at the Company's expense, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
• Please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the product, stating the order number and a description of the defect (preferably with a photo).
• Where the product carries a manufacturer's or importer's warranty, it will apply in accordance with its terms and the warranty certificate supplied with the product.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by use not in accordance with the instructions, by reasonable wear and tear or by improper handling.

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including the Company's trademarks, the domain name, the Website design, texts, images, product photos, formulas, logo, code and marketing content) are owned by the Company or by third parties that have granted it a license.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, translate or make any commercial use of the Website content, in whole or in part, without the Company's prior written consent. Nothing in the above derogates from fair use permitted by law.

• The Website and its content are provided as-is. The Company will act to ensure that the Website operates properly and continuously, but does not undertake that its operation will be continuous and free of faults, errors or interruptions.
• The Company and/or anyone on its behalf (including its employees, agents and suppliers) will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or special, caused to the user or to a third party as a result of using the Website, its services or the products purchased on it, including due to faults, disruptions or reliance on information on the Website, all subject to mandatory provisions of law that cannot be contracted out of.
• The Company's liability for the products is in accordance with the applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Law and the Defective Products (Liability) Law, 5740-1980.
• Nothing in this section derogates from the customer's rights under any law that cannot be contracted out of.

The collection and use of personal information on the Website are carried out in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Using the Website also constitutes agreement to the Privacy Policy. In brief:

• Use of information: the details provided when purchasing and opening an account (name, phone, email, delivery address and order details) are used to process and deliver orders, for customer service, for accounting records and to comply with legal requirements.
• Storage of information: information is stored in secure databases of the Website and of the service providers acting on its behalf (such as hosting, shipping, payment clearing and mailing), subject to a duty of confidentiality. Credit card details are not stored on the Website. They are entered and stored only by the clearing company.
• Information will not be transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent; marketing mailings will be sent only to those who have agreed to receive them, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
• Cookies: the Website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, keep the shopping cart and login, for measurement and to improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some of the Website's services may not work properly.
• The right to access, correct and delete information may be exercised in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, by contacting customer service.

These Terms and any use of the Website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website or these Terms, without derogating from mandatory provisions of law regarding jurisdiction in consumer claims.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time, at its discretion and subject to the law. The updated version will be published on the Website and the date of the update will appear at its top. The binding version for any transaction is the version in force when it was made. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes agreement to the updated version.
