2.Your rights: frequently asked questions
How long do I have to cancel a transaction?
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a distance sale can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product (or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later). Beyond that, we give a full 30 days for returns (our own house policy).
When do I get my money back?
The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being approved, as required by law. Club points and coupons redeemed on the order are returned to your account.
Can I cancel after the product has been opened?
For hygiene and health reasons, a cosmetic product that has been opened and used cannot be returned under the transaction-cancellation regulations, unless it is defective or not as described. Arrived damaged? We’ll replace or refund it right away.
My order hasn’t shipped yet. What then?
Simplest of all: send a cancellation request from your account as soon as you decide. If the order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, we’ll cancel it immediately with a full refund, including the shipping fee.
Is there a cancellation fee?
By law, when a transaction is cancelled for a reason other than a defect, the business may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. In most cases we waive the cancellation fee entirely.
