The Routine & Usage
How do I start the routine?+
Start with three steps (cleanse, toner, and moisturizer) and add an exfoliant and targeted serum after 1-2 weeks, once the skin gets used to the active ingredients.
Can I use acids every day?+
Glycolic Cell Reset is recommended in the evening, 3-4 times a week at first. During the day, always use sun protection.
Do I need to use all five steps?+
Not mandatory. Cleansing, toner, and moisturizer are the foundation. Add an exfoliant and targeted treatment according to your concerns: spots, radiance, or texture.
Can I combine this with retinol or vitamin C?+
Yes, but not on the same evening as acids. It's best to apply vitamin C in the morning, and retinol on evenings when you're not using Glycolic Cell Reset.
How long does one bottle last?+
With daily use according to instructions, about two months for most products. A 30 ml serum bottle lasts for about 6-8 weeks.
What is the product shelf life after opening?+
12 months from opening. We recommend storing in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Skin Matching
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?+
Most of the line is formulated with gentle concentrations. For sensitive skin, we recommend starting with Enzyme-Buff and performing a patch test before full use.
How do I know which product is right for me?+
You can use the "Suitable For" filter in the shop, take the matching quiz, or simply write to us on WhatsApp, and we will provide a personal recommendation.
How soon will I see results?+
Radiance and softness are noticeable after just one week. Improvement in spots and tone usually starts to show after 4-6 weeks of regular use.
Are the products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?+
Most of the line is gentle, but during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend consulting a physician before using products containing acids or active ingredients.

Can I exchange a product that didn't work out?+
Absolutely. Within 30 days you can exchange or return, even if the product has been opened. Just contact us and we will send a courier.
