FAQ
How do I join the club?
Joining is free and takes seconds: sign up on the site or simply place an order, and your account is created with your email address. Every new member gets 100 points as a gift.
How do I earn points?
Every ₪1 you spend earns 1 point. Points are calculated on the product total after discounts and coupons, excluding shipping, and are credited once payment is approved.
How do I turn points into a discount?
At checkout, in one click: 100 points are worth ₪10 off. You need at least 100 points in your balance, and you can redeem one bundle per order.
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. When you redeem, your oldest points are used first.
Can I combine points with a coupon?
Not on the same order. Choose between a coupon and redeeming points.
How do I move up a tier?
Your tier is based on your points balance: VIP Gold from 1,000 points, VIP Black from 2,500 points. Moving up is automatic: as soon as your balance passes the threshold, the new perks unlock. Note: redeeming points lowers your balance, so it can also move you back to a previous tier.
